By accessing or using the website, products, or services provided by Gary Barnes International (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). This includes participation in our Breakthrough Business Mastery bootcamps, private coaching, and use of our proprietary tools. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Scope of Services

Gary Barnes International provides high-performance business and sales coaching, immersive events (bootcamps), digital training resources, and published materials (books).

  • Coaching & Events: We provide strategies for business growth, sales productivity, and leadership.
  • Proprietary Tools: Access to the "GET Statements™" and "Breakthrough Business Mastery" methodologies is provided under these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services or participate in our programs. By using this site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a participant or client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any membership or account credentials.
  • Use the Services only for lawful business purposes.
  • Acknowledge that results in business and sales depend on your own implementation and effort; Gary Barnes International provides the tools, but the execution is your responsibility.

5. Fees and Payments

All pricing for coaching packages, bootcamp tickets, and products is specified at the time of purchase.

  • Payment Processing: We use secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) to collect payments.
  • Installment Plans: If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for ensuring all payments are made on time. Failure to complete payments may result in the suspension of access to digital tools or event participation.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We stand behind the value of our training. Our refund policies are as follows:

  • Digital Products & Trainings: These are covered by an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Breakthrough Business Mastery Bootcamp (Live Events): We offer a "Lunchtime Guarantee." If you do not receive at least one idea that will improve your business results by lunchtime on the first day of the bootcamp, we will fully refund your tuition. No refunds are provided after this point.
  • Private Coaching: Sessions are refundable for 30 days from the date of purchase for any unused sessions. All coaching sessions must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, methodologies, and materials provided—including the GET Statements™, Breakthrough Business Mastery Action Guide, and all related graphics/videos—are the intellectual property of Gary Barnes International.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal business growth.
  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, or teach these proprietary methods to others for commercial gain without express written consent.

8. Confidentiality

In our Mastermind groups and coaching sessions, sensitive business information may be shared. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants. Gary Barnes International will likewise maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary business data shared during private coaching.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While Gary Barnes has personally sold over $300 million in services and helped thousands of clients, we make no guarantees regarding specific income levels or business outcomes. Business success involves risk and consistent effort.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gary Barnes International’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Service in question during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services (including Mastermind groups or digital portals) at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is disruptive to the coaching community.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

13. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
